The in-stock BeaverMatic® Model 30x48x26-IQF Internal Quench Furnace is capable of carburizing, carbonitriding, and through hardening and includes the following standard features:
- 30” wide x 48” long x 26” high work chamber
- 1,500 lb load capacity
- 1,450 to 1,850ºF temperature operating range
- Beaver Ram transfer system
- Endothermic processing gas system
- Customers preferred heating system: Gas-fired using SER recuperative radiant tube burners or electrically heated using radiant tube element assemblies
- Air-cooled indirectly driven circulating fan
- Front mounted load queue table
- Upper atmosphere cooling chamber
- Variable speed agitation
- Quench oil cooling system including air-cooled heat exchanger & circulating pump
- Quench oil heating system to maintain oil at 150ºF. Options available to maintain oil at 240ºF or 350ºF.
- Control system includes touchscreen operator interface and PLC and provides recipe management, real-time and historical trending, automated sequencing and furnace monitoring.
- Optional quench oil centrifugal separation and cartridge filtration systems available
BeaverMatic® Temper Furnaces are specifically designed for drawing, tempering and stress relieving applications. These units can be used by themselves or as part of BeaverMatic® Internal Quench Furnace Lines. The in-stock BeaverMatic® Model 30x48x26-GiT Temper Furnace includes the following standard features:
- 30” wide x 48” long x 26” high work chamber
- 1,500 lb load capacity
- 300 to 1,400ºF temperature operating range
- Indirect gas-fired radiant tube heating system
- Alloy full width roller hearth
- Indirectly driven circulating fan assembly
- Ceramic fiber board insulation
