ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

• Experience with PLC’s, motor control centers, terminal layouts and electrical power schematics
• Prepare engineering calculations, including heat loads, ventilation and energy calculations
• Prepare plans and specifications for bidding and construction
• Participate in project coordination
• Familiar with NFPA Electrical codes and standards
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MS office suite and AutoCAD skills required
FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer / Technician for file installations, trouble shooting, service calls & preventive maintenance at our customer facilities.
• During field service installations must be able to set-up, adjust, troubleshoot, revise & correct problems which develop with little support.
• During service calls must be able to troubleshoot & repair various heat-treating systems.
• Must be able to successfully interpret manuals, drawings & blue prints.
• Strong mechanical & electrical aptitude, including combustion & instrumentation
• Skilled in PLC Logic / platform
• Field wiring
• Experience with atmosphere furnaces a plus
• Current drivers license required
• Must be able to travel both domestic & internationally
FIT-UP WELDER / ASSEMBLER
Looking for an Experienced Assembler / Fit-up Welder Prior experience manufacturing Industrial furnaces a "Plus" MUST be able to read blue prints.
• Must be able to successfully interpret and execute production using drawings & blue prints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Familiar with the following welding applications including set-up and operation
• Wire-feed
• Tig
• Ability and skill to effectively operate brake press, shear, drill-press, band saw, hand tools and metal-forming equipment a plus.
• Current drivers license required
