Innovative new technology has made the BeaverMatic® Tip-Up the most advanced and reliable furnace of its type on the market today.  Built of heavy gauge structural steel, this precision-engineered powerhouse handles loads up to 100,000 lbs. with ease. Designed from controlled atmosphere operation, it utilizes ceramic fiber insulation modules, provides a tight seal and maintains excellent temperature uniformity in the 1650°F (900°C) range.

BeaverMatic Tip-Ups are ideal for processing heavy wire stems, castings, weldments and other components that require annealing or stress relieving. While the furnace shown is typical, units with larger production capacity are available, depending on the application.

Each furnace is customized to individual needs.

Generating in excess of 4 million btu/hr, tip-ups make standard use of gas-fired, volume axial flow fans. Furnaces can be equipped with push/pull combustion systems for total atmosphere protection. Advanced BeaverMatic heat recuperation is available, as are PLC control systems.

Air-cooled to reduce energy costs, Tip-Up furnaces are actuated by positive ball-screw jacks to assure maximum effciency and safety. As yet another design innovation, the furnace lifts out of its atmosphere seals before tipping open. This serves to protect the seals and simplifiy routine maintenance.
